Florida's Gulf Coast climate is hard on grout. Saltwater air accelerates efflorescence; high humidity feeds mold behind sealed surfaces; hard water leaves mineral deposits that look permanent. They're not.
We've worked these conditions long enough to know when resealing is enough and when a full shower rebuild is the honest answer. Either way, you get a straight read—not a sales pitch.
